Review: This item is just as the picture and one size can fit all as it is adjustable and very light weight. it's a cute purchase I recieved mine in black just how I ordered it. I love this purchase. it is soft around the neck and can also be used as a fashion piece I am a happy customer but I do think the quality could be better.
